Combining art and science to create a better future.

In 2010 Mary-Jane and her family found a neglected 1850s property in Geelong’s Newtown, relocating solely to save this unique property from redevelopment. The house sits in an acre of garden which still includes three very historic trees. The house and garden have been restored with both its past and a sustainable view of the future in mind.

The School of Lost Arts was founded in the art studio, now sited in the kitchen garden which was created on the old tennis court. It is a centre for workshops, events and teaching on creativity, art and sustainable living.
